What the programme is

It's not legal training.
It's 10 weeks of deep work on yourself as a leader.

For 10 weeks a closed group of lawyers works online on how to lead a team and grow as a leader - starting not with tools, but with themselves. You already know the law. Here you gain the rest.

Who am I in this role and what drives me, what the team's goal is, how I delegate and build structure. You'll learn how to have hard conversations, negotiate, give feedback and build a partner relationship with the board. LLP is a series of sessions dedicated to law-firm and in-house lawyers, led by the best experts.

We work through every theme on real situations from your firms and legal teams - not textbook examples. After the programme you leave with knowledge, but above all with a change everyone around you will see.

Live sessions

Regular workshops and weekly meetings, plus Marcin's office hours, where we work on your real challenges.

Work between sessions

Materials for each week, exercises solo and in pairs, discussions. Marcin is available on Slack throughout the programme and replies to every message.

The group

A closed group of lawyers - from firms and in-house teams. We work through real situations - yours and others' - not textbook examples.

Who the programme is for

For lawyers who want to become managers, business partners and leaders.

For those who already lead a team or want to build one responsibly - though no one ever taught them how.

The programme is for lawyers who were promoted (or are about to be) for legal excellence, and then faced something law school never covered: leading a team, working with the board, clients, sales, or building their personal brand.

For partners and managers in law firms, as well as in-house Heads of Legal and General Counsel who want to hold that role with intention and satisfaction on all sides - both those who have yet to build a team and those who have led one for years and want to do it better and more effectively.

The programme is for you if:

  • you lead a team of lawyers - or are about to - and want to do it with intention (which means more effectively!)
  • you want to work on your own challenges, not slides and theory
  • between the tools, you're ready to look at yourself

It's not for you if:

  • you're looking for ready-made checklists and one right model
  • you can't find 3-4 hours a week for your own growth
  • you believe change is possible without effort

What we work on over 10 weeks

Ten weeks, step by step. Each week is one theme - two are led by outside experts.

  1. 01
    Week 1

    Start with yourself

    • Who am I as a leader, and what really drives me?
    • How do my emotions shape my decisions and my team?
    • How do I pause before reacting on autopilot?
  2. 02
    Week 2

    The team's goal and direction

    • Is my team really playing toward one goal?
    • What's the difference between declaring a goal and living it?
    • How do I set a goal that frees me from micromanaging?
  3. 03
    Week 3

    Delegation and structure

    • Are roles clear, or does everyone do a bit of everything?
    • What can I really hand off, and what must I keep?
    • What lets the team run without my constant presence?
  4. 04
    Week 4

    A leader's rhythm

    • How do I build a rhythm that brings order to the team?
    • How do I run 1:1s that actually change something?
    • How do I prioritize when everything is due yesterday?
  5. 05
    Week 5

    Sales and negotiation

    • How do I sell legal services without feeling like I'm selling?
    • How do I negotiate from value, not price?
    • How do I handle hard conversations with a client and a partner?
  1. 06
    Week 6

    Engagement and trust

    • What actually builds engagement, and what kills it?
    • Where's the line between control and trust?
    • How do I influence the team without micromanaging?
  2. 07
    Week 7

    Hiring, feedback and decisions

    • How do I give feedback that builds rather than wounds?
    • How do I hire and onboard so the best people stay?
    • How do I make decisions I won't put off?
  3. 08
    Week 8

    The board and the business

    • Is my team's work visible across the organization?
    • How do I talk to the board in the language of business, not law?
    • How do I become a partner, not a service desk?
  4. 09
    Week 9

    AI and technology for lawyers

    • What does AI really change in a lawyer's and a team's work?
    • How do I adopt tools without losing control and confidentiality?
    • Where do I start so the team doesn't fall behind?
  5. 10
    Week 10

    Agency and closing

    • What has actually changed since the start?
    • What kind of leader do I want to be next?
    • What's my concrete plan to act on after the programme?
This is the journey you'll take in the programme. Leave your email and we'll send you the details.Send me the details

First they listened to him in silence, and moments later were laughing out loud. That's how Marcin talks about the hard topics of management and team building.
Jacek Stanisławski
Founder, Legal Market Days
I never imagined that in an era of remote meetings you could create such a bond between participants in such a short time.
Jakub Sadurski
Attorney, Affre i Wspólnicy
I don't think there's another programme on the market where the person running it puts in as much heart as Marcin. The sessions were fascinating. I got advice I could apply straight away.
